Rutgers Coaching Certification Classes

Springfield Recreation will be hosting a Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Clinic virtually Tuesday, March 5th   at 6:30pm via ZOOM! This certification is a requirement to coach for Recreational sports in NJ and is good for "life" Please follow the following instructions if you would like to register for this class. Also send me an email back letting me know you are signing up!

- The class will be held on Tuesday, March 5th virtually on ZOOM and will begin at 6:30pm.

- You must complete your registration by paying for the class on community pass. The class will cost $40 (Springfield residents) or $45 (non-residents). The Safety Clinic will be under the Spring 2023 category.

Once you complete the registration and payment on community pass please email me confirming you did so.

- Once you have registered on community pass and I confirm it, I will then send you your Coaches Reference Manual for you to download prior to the class. I will also be sending you the link to your class and the Room ID.
- This will be a live virtual class via Zoom, this means that in order to get full credit for the class you must have a microphone and camera that work and must be on the whole time. There will be random check-ins to confirm that participants are still there, as would normally happen in the classroom setting. The full class must be attended in order to get the certification. The class will begin right at  6:30pm  , so please arrive earlier around 6:15pm so we can make sure everyone is checked in.
