SYSL Fall Registration is Now Open

Registration for the SYSL (Grades 3+) Fall season is now open.

SCS has a number of teams which participate in the Suburban Youth Soccer League. SYSL is a competitive/recreational league offered in both the Spring and the Fall, and open to both boys and girls born in 2011 or before (minimum age for the 2019 Fall season).

Our SYSL program offers the opportunity to represent Springfield on a traveling soccer team, but with less of a commitment than that required for most travel sports, making it the ideal program for multi-sport athletes. Each team plays one game and has one coach practice per week, as well as a professional trainer-led practice every other week.

There are no tryouts for SYSL and the program is open to players of all ability levels. Teams are generally kept together from season to season, and the level of competition ("flights") is determined via past team performance.

SCYSL fees are $150 per season, plus the cost of a uniform which can be used from season to season, as long as it fits.

Please be aware that teams are filled on a first-come-first-served basis, and once registration closes, or teams are filled, you might not be able to join this program.

Registration closes on August 18th.
